Social science encompasses a wide range of scholarship on human behavior and history, employing studies of individuals and of groups (e.g., organizations, governments, cultures). The Division of Social Science within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard consists of 10 degree committees and departments and 22 other programs, institutes, centers, and museums. We have approximately 32% of the ladder faculty in the FAS, and 49% of the concentrators! The tabs at left will take you to a page with links to the departments and units within the division, as well as to a page with contact information for the Social Science Dean's Office staff, and to pages about our events and initiatives. Harvard ID holders are encouraged to login (top right of page) for access to additional useful information. |
