The Property Information Resource Center (PIRC) supports campus
planning, project management, and facilities management at Harvard
University by serving as the principal repository for records of
the institution's buildings and land, maps and surveys, and asset
information.
The PIRC is a group within Harvard Planning & Project
Management (HPPM) and is the historic archives of the University
Planning Office, Harvard Real Estate Services, the Allston
Development Group and their predecessor agencies.

Requirements
The PIRC has modified its list of required capital project
close-out documents, resulting in a simplified set of project
